30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel the difference. If you are not satisfied with your first order of any Potency Supps formula, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price in full, even if the bottle is empty.
How it works
- Email customer@potencysupps.com within 30 days of the delivery date with your order number.
- The guarantee covers one order per customer per formula (first purchase of that product, up to 3 bottles).
- No return shipping is required for the guarantee. We may ask you to return unopened bottles for multi-bottle orders.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns of unopened products
Unopened, sealed products may also be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us for a return address before shipping anything back.
Damaged, missing or incorrect items
If your package arrives damaged, with a broken seal, missing items or the wrong product, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a replacement at no cost or refund you in full.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions can be skipped, paused or cancelled anytime from your account or by emailing us. Cancel at least 2 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid being charged for that delivery.
